Our attractions are located partially outdoors, and partially indoors. We recommend warm clothing (when appropriate) and comfortable shoes ( High Heels are prohibited.) This ensures everyone's safety.
There is no minimum age but we do recommend that children be at least 10 years of age to go through the attractions.
Yes. No one under the age of 12 will gain admission unless accompanied by an adult.
Graystone Haunted Manor sits on 4 acres. We offer 5 attractions which depending on the crowd, pace, excitement, and level of fear, could take anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes each. We suggest allowing between 1 to 2 hours to enjoy everything that we have to offer.
No. However, there are times when accidental contact is made. Our monsters do their best to scare without any contact.

Yes we do, MasterCard or Visa Credit and Debit cards, and cash. We do not accept checks. Online ticket sales will open just prior to the start of each season. Visit our Tickets page for details.
No. We charge the same because we scare the same, young or old.
Alcohol * illegal drugs * Knives, guns or any weapons * Animals * Laser pointers * Flash lights.
Yes, we encourage picture taking OUTSIDE of the main attractions. There will be many photo opportunities. However, for the enjoyment of all we do not allow pictures to be taken once inside the attractions.

We are sorry but for security reasons we cannot allow anyone to enter in costume.

Yes, you can use your ticket for any night that we are open.
No. We are a haunted attraction and our purpose is to scare you. If you are THAT scared, obviously we have done our job.
Due to the physically demanding nature of our attractions, we are NOT wheelchair / handicap accessible at this time. There are stairs, uneven terrain, and possible damp conditions.
General Rules
No touching the monsters, ghouls or actors or any other patron without consent. No food or drink inside the attractions Please turn off cell phones inside the attractions Vulgar language or obscene behavior will not be tolerated for any reason.
Persons behaving as such will be immediately escorted off the property. For everyone’s safety and well being, we employ uniformed and plainclothes law enforcement officers. If these rules are not followed you will be escorted off of the property with no refund given.
